Job Placement Print E-mail

At AMERICA'S DRIVING FORCE, we take great pride in our job placement program. We are dedicated to helping our graduates find a secure position in one of America's highest paying professions. While in school, you will participate in job counseling sessions given by our instructors and recruiters from approved companies. During these sessions a student is advised of his/her many options in the trucking industry upon graduation. We have a strong working relationship with several top trucking companies in the industry, and many of these companies will reimburse you for partial or full tuition. Moreover, we give students the necessary tools and knowledge to fill out applications and contact potential employers for hire before they graduate.

Tamie - Truck Driver Job Placement SpecialistMoreover, we have a placement specialist ( Tamie) who will work one-on-one with you and your circumstances to determine which carries best fits your needs. She will also submit applications that are kept on file for many other carriers anxiously seeking out graduates for employment for local, regional, and over-the-road driving. She is here to help you obtain as many pre-hire offers for employment as possible both during your 3 weeks in training as well as after graduation. We welcome past graduates to come in and take advantage of our "continuous" placement services.

We encourage you, however, to research not only as many trucking companies as you can, but also the many different "types" of driver positions available. By "type", we mean Over The Road (very long distances), Regional, local, local intermodal, drive-away, etc. Each company is also different - from their mission statement to the freight they transport. It is is very important that you find a company that fits your long term goals. If you do not have a plan for your truck driving future, start one now, or call us to discuss the many options available. We know we can find you a truck driving job, but we also want you to be content a year down the road.

Lastly, AMERICA'S DRIVING FORCE hosts special hiring events throughout the year for inexperienced and experienced drivers. These events include many major carriers looking for local, regional and OTR drivers.

We have much confidence in our training programs, and confidence in the abilities of our graduates. Almost all of our graduates have several job offers before they graduate from ADF. Trucking companies looking for quality, well trained students actively seek our graduates. They know that a better trained employee will be responsible, productive, and safe. This also means that they will earn more money and earn it faster.
